Enrolments Administrator Role Overview

The Enrolments Administrator plays a vital role in our team, serving as the first point of contact for centre enquiries and managing enrolment processes.

This position requires excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, to effectively liaise with centre managers, parents, and staff members.

Key Responsibilities
  • Ensuring accurate data and timely updates on waitlists across operating centres
  • Coordinating with Centre Managers to fill vacancies in operating centres
  • Assisting with managing centre waiting lists and sending regular communications to interested leads
  • Supporting centres with next year's re-enrolment process, particularly for newly operating centres
  • Managing new enrolments and sending offers as required for operating centres
  • Phoning new enquiries and collaborating with centre managers and parents to book initial tours
  • Following up post-tour to confirm waiting list positions or offer enrolment where possible
  • Administering tasks set by directors/enrolments teams in Lineleader
  • Assisting with centre profile management on Lineleader
  • Coordinating communication settings in Lineleader and establishing business rules for communication flow as needed
  • Conducting competitor analysis upon request
  • Providing administrative support to ensure compliance across centres
  • Committing to ongoing improvement through suggestions for enhancing services and efficiency
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with ability to handle sensitive information with discretion
  • Effective communication with people at all levels within the company and externally
  • Proven record of maintaining accurate records and ensuring timely distribution of correspondence
  • Highly developed telephone skills and ability to provide professional, timely, and accurate information
  • Administrative support to ensure centre compliance
  • Commitment to continuous improvement through suggesting enhancements to services and processes
