Job Opportunity

  • We seek a seasoned legal professional to provide expert advice on corporate and commercial matters.

This role involves delivering high-quality legal support across various business areas, with a focus on risk management and compliance.

Main Responsibilities
  • Reviewing, drafting, and negotiating contracts within specified timeframes.
  • Analysing contract requirements to ensure compliance with laws, regulations, and internal policies.
  • Contributing to contract improvement initiatives, training programs, and risk mitigation strategies.
  • Aligning contracts with business objectives.
  • Coordinating contract negotiations, amendments, and addendums while meeting key deadlines.
  • Identifying and implementing improvements to policies, procedures, and tools for contract management and reporting.

About the Ideal Candidate

  • Bachelor of Laws (LLB).
  • At least 3 years' experience in a similar role, with strong commercial and contract law expertise in a project-oriented environment.
  • Familiarity with Australian corporate legal frameworks.
  • Able to deliver results in a fast-paced environment with exceptional organisational and analytical skills.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to work under pressure without compromising quality.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to work effectively with stakeholders.
