Job Overview:

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Business Analyst to join our team. The successful candidate will have valuable experience in an alternative domain and a proven track record of delivering business solutions.

The role requires the ability to develop and manage business and technical requirements, including business cases, project scope, process maps, and user stories. Strong analytical skills, stakeholder engagement, and problem-solving abilities are essential.

About This Role:

  • This is a fixed-term contract until June 30th, 2026, with a likely extension.
  • The role requires 3 days in-office, 2 days remote working.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Develop and Manage Requirements: Develop and manage business and technical requirements, including business cases, project scope, process maps, and user stories.
  2. Analyze Stakeholder Needs: Analyze stakeholder needs and expectations.
  3. Conduct Interviews and Workshops: Conduct interviews and lead workshops to gather and refine requirements.
  4. Evaluate Feasibility: Evaluate feasibility and explore solutions, including data modeling and risk management.
  5. Secure Stakeholder Approval: Secure stakeholder approval and coordinate project delivery, ensuring alignment with requirements.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Experience Building Stakeholder Relationships: Experience building stakeholder relationships across all levels.
  • Broad IT Experience: Broad IT experience in Application Development, Enterprise Architecture, Project Management, Vendor Management, and Quality Assurance.
  • Tertiary Qualifications: Tertiary qualifications in Business/Information Systems or IT (highly desirable).
  • Transport Industry Experience: Experience in the Transport industry (highly desirable).
