The role of Solution Architect is critical in designing and delivering fit-for-purpose solutions that meet evolving client needs. As a trusted advisor, you will work closely with cross-functional teams to scope, architect, and guide the implementation of business-critical systems.

Key Responsibilities
  • Design and specify scalable, best-practice solutions tailored to client requirements.
  • Provide pre-sales support, including RFP responses, demos, and workshops.
  • Lead solution architecture during implementation and mentor delivery teams.
  • Conduct scoping studies and business consulting engagements.
  • Build strong relationships with clients and software partners.
  • Contribute to internal knowledge sharing and team development.

Requirements
  • 10+ years in solution architecture and pre-sales roles.
  • Strong understanding of ERP, CRM, or ITSM platforms.
  • Proven experience in designing and delivering complex business solutions.
  • Excellent communication, consulting, and stakeholder engagement skills.
  • A relevant tertiary qualification (preferred).
