Job Title

As a Senior Business Solutions Designer, you will be responsible for developing and implementing comprehensive business solutions that meet our clients' evolving needs.

You will work closely with cross-functional teams to scope, design, and guide the implementation of business-critical systems.

You are a trusted advisor who delivers scalable, commercially sound solutions that align with business objectives and add real value.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and specify tailored business solutions that address client needs.
  • Provide pre-sales support including RFP responses, demos, and workshops.
  • Lead solution design during implementation and mentor delivery teams.
  • Conduct scoping studies and business consulting engagements.
  • Build strong relationships with clients and stakeholders.
  • Contribute to internal knowledge sharing and team development.

What You'll Bring:

  • 10+ years in business solutions and pre-sales roles.
  • Strong understanding of ERP, CRM, or ITSM platforms.
  • Proven experience in designing and delivering complex business solutions.
  • Excellent communication, consulting, and stakeholder engagement skills.
  • A relevant tertiary qualification (preferred).
