Cover-More Group is a global leader in travel insurance, and we're looking for a skilled Solution Architect to join our team. As a key member of our architecture team, you'll play a critical role in designing and implementing solutions that meet the needs of our customers and partners.

About the Role

  • You'll lead the design of program solution architecture, ensuring that our solutions are scalable, secure, and meet the needs of our customers.
  • You'll contribute to the overall design governance of system architecture across Cover-More Group, ensuring that our solutions are aligned with our business goals.
  • You'll work closely with our development teams to design and implement system integrations, ensuring that our solutions are seamless and efficient.
  • You'll ensure quality is maintained for program architecture, ensuring that our solutions meet the highest standards of quality and reliability.
  • You'll support the facilitation of governance and adoption of the right solution across your delegated area of responsibility, ensuring that our solutions are adopted and used effectively.
  • You'll assess the direct and indirect impact of Architecture on the end customer and seek opportunities to improve the overall customer experience (both efficiency and effectiveness outcomes).
  • You'll support the overarching Group Architecture strategy, ensuring that our solutions align with our business goals and objectives.

About You

  • You'll have extensive experience in a Solution Architecture role with exposure to business applications, integration, security, and data architecture within a large and complex business environment.
  • You'll have a Tertiary qualification in Business Information, Engineering, Technology or related field.
  • You'll have a thorough understanding of key technology architectural frameworks and standards.
  • You'll have strong technical background and exposure to leading technology platform integration frameworks, Integration patterns and cloud-based infrastructure (AWS).
  • You'll have experience designing and integrating mobility solutions leveraging AWS services and platforms.
  • You'll be comfortable working in an agile environment.
  • You'll ideally have experience within financial services or fintech.
