Job Title

The Cybersecurity Manager will oversee the global response and recovery activities from information security incidents.

  • They will coordinate with teams to establish oversight of information security events and communicate analysis, containment, and remediation efforts to stakeholders.
  • Cyber incident response and recovery plans must be available and maintained by the team. Any issues requiring escalation will be addressed in a timely manner, including risk assessments and action plans.
  • The Cybersecurity Manager is responsible for providing status updates and post-incident findings for executives and stakeholders in non-technical terms, covering risk, impact, likelihood, containment, and remediation activities and threat actors.
  • Risk management involves briefing and recommending actions to executive leadership on events and incidents within the organization.

Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement incident response and recovery strategies to minimize downtime and ensure business continuity.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to establish clear communication protocols and ensure effective incident response.
  • Analyze and report on incident root causes, identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions.
  • Provide strategic guidance on cybersecurity best practices and industry trends to support organizational resilience.

Requirements:
  • Proven experience in managing complex cybersecurity incidents and developing comprehensive response plans.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and mitigate risks.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to present complex technical information in a clear and concise manner.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing circumstances.
