Job Title: Specialist, Strategy and Design

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • • Shape program strategy & scope by supporting the framing of strategic options, sequencing/prioritization, and materials for executive forums.
  • • Design interim & target operating models by assisting in integrating process, people, data, and technology, and helping produce clear, evidence-based designs and business cases.
  • • Maintain the integrated roadmap by helping build and update the business + technology delivery roadmap and flagging critical-path issues early.
  • • Quantify value by building baseline financial and scenario models and interpreting data to test assumptions and inform investment recommendations under guidance.
  • • Support transition readiness by tracking divisional prerequisites (workforce shape, property footprint, data quality, controls) and reporting gaps to enable smooth migration.
  • • Support delivery hand-off by preparing design artifacts for Discovery/Delivery teams to ensure speed, fidelity, and quality of execution.
  • • Upskill & raise the bar by developing skills in structured problem-solving, quantitative analysis, and executive storytelling—contributing to a culture of high standards.
  • • Collaborate across domains by working with design teams spanning Consumer, Business & Wealth, Operations, and Group units.

Requirements:

  • Experience/Potential: 0–2+ years in strategy, analytics, consulting, finance or similar.
  • Analytical Mindset: Uses structured logic and frameworks to break problems down and form initial hypotheses.
  • Numerical Capability: Proficient in Excel/analytics tools; able to build clean models and interpret data accurately.
  • Communication: Produces clear slides and written summaries; iterates based on feedback.
  • Drive & Learning Agility: Demonstrates curiosity, resilience, and commitment to high standards.
  • Collaboration: Builds positive working relationships across teams.
