Lead Nursing Educator & Researcher

This role offers a unique opportunity to advance nursing education and research at the highest level. As Lead Nursing Educator & Researcher, you will be responsible for leading and developing high-quality nursing education programs, fostering strong research partnerships, and advancing the reputation of our institution through interdisciplinary research in health systems and nursing.


Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement innovative nursing education programs that meet the needs of the healthcare industry.
  • Foster strong research partnerships with academic institutions, healthcare organizations, and industry partners.
  • Contribute to the advancement of nursing knowledge and practice through publication of research findings in reputable journals and presentation at national and international conferences.
  • Provide leadership and guidance to junior researchers and academics to support their career development.
  • Maintain a commitment to ongoing professional development and staying current with best practices in nursing education and research.

Requirements:
  • A PhD in Nursing or related field and/or significant experience in nursing education and research.
  • Evidence of academic excellence in nursing education and research, with a strong track record of publication and presentation.
  • Registered Nurse eligibility with relevant registration authorities.
  • Demonstrated experience in curriculum development, accreditation, and teaching and learning design.
  • Experience in working with diverse groups and populations, including those from culturally and linguistically diverse backgrounds.
