The successful candidate will have demonstrated expertise in nursing management, with a strong focus on quality patient care, staff development, and operational efficiency. You will be responsible for supervising and supporting a team of nurses, developing and implementing policies and procedures, and contributing to the overall success of our healthcare organization.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise and support nursing staff, including hiring, training, and evaluating performance.
- Provide mentorship and professional development opportunities for nursing staff.
- Foster a collaborative and positive work environment.
- Oversee patient care delivery to ensure high standards of quality and safety.
- Collaborate with physicians, other healthcare professionals, and patients' families to develop and implement individualized care plans.
Requirements:
- Demonstrated experience as a Clinical Nurse Manager or similar role.
- Current AHPRA registration and clinical experience in aged care working in a residential setting.
- Lead, train and mentor staff in a clinical setting.
- Knowledge of AN-ACC and audits.
