Senior Client Services Officer

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Client Services Officer to join our team. As a key member of our organization, you will play a vital role in delivering exceptional client service and ensuring the smooth operation of our business.

Job Description:

  • Provide expert support to clients across various aspects of superannuation administration.
  • Manage all insurance-related activities, including claims, benefit payments for claims, and hardship assessments.
  • Conduct quality checks, maintain timely records, and ensure procedural documentation is up-to-date.
  • Develop into a subject matter expert in superannuation administration.

Key Responsibilities:

  • End-to-end management of superannuation administration work items.
  • Customer liaison via phone and email.
  • BASIC project work to support the leadership team.
  • Liaise with advisors, solicitors, promoters, trustees, members, and peers to achieve optimal outcomes.
  • Catalogue and organise records for reference, auditing, and reporting purposes.
  • Document process steps for activity types, including checklists and processing milestones.
  • Perform quality and peer checks at a senior level.
  • Report monthly on work volumes, SLA adherence, and systemic issues.

Requirements:

  • Ability to work at a computer for at least 90% of a 7.5-hour workday.
  • Strong planning and organisational skills with the ability to meet deadlines.
  • Collaborative mindset with the ability to work effectively as part of a team.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Word.
