Role Overview
We are seeking experienced travel consultants to deliver exceptional client experiences across Australia. As a specialist in travel solutions, you will be responsible for managing client relationships and developing personalized travel plans.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to understand their business needs and preferences.
- Research, plan, and book travel arrangements that meet or exceed client expectations.
- Provide exceptional customer service and support throughout the entire travel process.
- Work collaboratively with internal teams to ensure seamless travel experiences.
- Meet or exceed performance metrics.
Requirements
- Minimum 2 years of experience in leisure travel consulting or corporate travel management.
- Proficiency in GDS systems, particularly Sabre.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet strict deadlines.
- Strong problem-solving and negotiation skills.
