
Graduate Occupational Therapist Position Available

We are seeking passionate and dedicated Occupational Therapists to join our industry-leading Graduate Program. As a valued member of our team, you will be supported throughout your journey to develop your clinical expertise in diverse environments.
Job Responsibilities">- Conduct comprehensive assessments and design impactful therapy plans for clients with a range of conditions, including neurological disorders, ASD, and psychosocial issues.
- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to develop innovative solutions and deliver high-quality care.
- Build strong relationships with clients and witness the lasting impact of your work.
This role offers a unique blend of clinical expertise, personal growth, and professional development opportunities. You will have the chance to work in diverse environments, from client homes to day centres, parks, and clinic rooms.
Benefits and Support">- Support: You'll be paired with a buddy from last year's graduate cohort for guidance and mentorship.
- Supervision: A discipline-specific 1:1 supervisor will provide clinical support and help you navigate the transition into full-time work.
- Ongoing Training: 6 months of dedicated induction, training, and upskilling to set you up for success.
- Study Leave: 4 paid days per calendar year to pursue further education or training.
- Resources: A laptop, phone, and access to therapy and assessment resources at all sites.
You'll have the flexibility to personalize your work style and schedule, prioritizing what makes you an exceptional clinician. Split your time between online, in-clinic, and community work to suit your needs.
Required Qualifications and Skills">- Tertiary qualifications in Occupational Therapy, with a graduation date in 2025 or January 2026.
- A valid driver's license and personal vehicle.
- An NDIS check, a Working with Children Check, and a Police Check (or willingness to obtain).
