Occupational Therapist Grad Program

Description:

We are seeking passionate graduate occupational therapists to join our industry-leading graduate program. The program will start in January 2026, with roles available across various locations.

You will be supported throughout your journey to develop your clinical expertise across the NDIS and community settings.

Responsibilities:
  • Conduct meaningful assessments and design impactful therapy plans in diverse environments, from clients' homes to day centers, parks, and clinic rooms.
  • Collaborate with a committed multidisciplinary team to develop innovative solutions for your clients.
  • Build enduring relationships with clients and witness the lasting impact of your work.

We Back You, Every Step of the Way:

We're committed to helping you grow as a clinician. Our program starts you off with a full week of graduate-specific induction sessions.

  • Support: You'll be surrounded by colleagues who support you through challenges, including a buddy from last year's graduate cohort to answer questions and provide guidance.
  • Supervision: Mentorship by a discipline-specific 1:1 supervisor to help you navigate all areas of working with us, including your transition into full-time work within your new office. They will also provide clinical support within the NDIS and your caseload.
  • Ongoing Training: Six months of dedicated induction, training, and upskilling to set you up for the rest of the program and your future career.
  • Study Leave: Four full days paid study leave per calendar year.
  • Resources: The works - laptop, phone, and all of our sites have therapy and assessment resources ready to grab and go.
