Main Responsibilities:

  • Deliver exceptional customer service and drive sales through in-store engagement and reservation handling.
  • Develop and implement engaging content for social media platforms.
  • Provide expert product knowledge and recommendations to customers.
  • Handle reservations and customer inquiries with a high level of professionalism.
  • Maintain a clean and organized retail space that reflects positively on the business.
  • Possibilities to lead in-water activities and contribute to the team's success.

Requirements:

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Experience with social media marketing and email promotions.
  • Customer service or retail background is highly valued.
  • A genuine passion for scuba diving and the marine environment.
  • Valid driving licence.
  • PADI Divemaster certification or higher.
