TITLE: RETAIL & MARKETING ASSISTANT

Are you ready to take the plunge into an exciting opportunity with a multi-award-winning PADI Dive Centre located in Sydney's Northern Beaches? Dive Centre Manly invites you to join our team

Located in the heart of Sydney's stunning Northern Beaches, just a 24-minute ferry ride from the city, Dive Centre Manly offers a world of underwater adventure.

We provide a complete range of snorkel & dive gear, courses from beginner to instructor level, including Sydney's renowned Learn to Dive course.

PRIMARY OBJECTIVE:

Enhance customer engagement and drive sales through social media, newsletter content, and exceptional in-store service.

PERFORMANCE INDICATORS:

  • Retail sales

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Create engaging social media content
  • Design and send monthly newsletters
  • Maintain the website
  • Assist customers with retail sales and product recommendations
  • Handle reservations and inquiries
  • Keep retail space organized

QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE:

  • Excellent communication skills
  • Experience in social media and email marketing
  • Customer service or retail background is a plus
  • Passion for scuba diving and marine life
  • Valid driving license
  • PADI Rescue Diver or higher (preferred)
