Job Title: Dive Centre Operations Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Dive Centre Operations Manager to join our team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • To maintain high standards of education and customer service for all Instructors and Divemasters.
  • To oversee and manage all aspects of PADI and other training in line with agreed PADI & NSW Worksafe Standards.
  • To guide and mentor Instructors/DM's to improve performance and professionalism.
  • To collaborate with the Retail Manager for effective scheduling and smooth running of Courses.
  • To ensure facilities, equipment, and training materials are maintained at the highest level.

Main Performance Indicators:

  • Exceptional Customer Service.
  • Promotion of retail sales through training programs.
  • Course Sales, particularly continuing education & upper-level.
  • Quality and standard of Course Instruction.
  • Growth of the IDC business.
