Job Title: Line Production Manager

About the Role:

The successful candidate will oversee the entire production process, ensuring high-quality output while maintaining efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead a team of production staff to achieve daily targets and optimize processes.
  • Collaborate with other departments to minimize downtime and improve productivity.
  • Monitor performance data and implement improvements to ensure quality and compliance.
  • Develop and manage large teams during peak seasons.
  • Implement best practices and maintain a safe working environment.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in production or manufacturing environments.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure and prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Mechanical aptitude (background as a fitter/turner highly regarded).
  • Strong commitment to quality and continuous improvement.
