Job Summary:

A Maintenance Supervisor is required to lead and support maintenance activities across a fleet of vessels. This role involves ensuring that all scheduled and corrective maintenance is completed on time and to a high standard during key maintenance periods.

This position requires strong leadership and organisational skills, as well as the ability to communicate effectively with project teams and stakeholders.

About the Role:
  • Plan, prepare and execute maintenance and project work lists
  • Monitor and report on project progress, schedule adherence, and financial performance
  • Ensure all work meets required quality standards through inspections, approvals, and the application of ISO-compliant procedures
  • Support business managers in coordinating assigned resources and contractors
  • Effectively communicate goals, expectations, and updates to project teams and stakeholders
Key Skills and Qualifications:
  • Strong understanding of safety practices, including confined spaces, working at heights, and risk assessments
  • Ability to plan, organise, and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong analytical skills, with the ability to generate and present clear reports
  • Due to security clearance requirements, applicants must be an Australian citizen and eligible to obtain and uphold a Baseline Security Clearance
