Job Opportunity

This is an exciting chance to work with a dynamic team in the financial services sector.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support the delivery of high-quality advice on corporate and financial services matters.
  • Assist with licensing, compliance, governance, and disclosure for financial institutions.
  • Evaluate AML/CTF obligations and ensure regulatory compliance.
  • Work on banking and payments, including fundraising and licensing matters in the digital economy.
  • Advise clients on the development and launch of innovative financial products.
  • Stay up-to-date on emerging fintech and digital assets.
  • Contribute to regulatory frameworks and regulators in the financial markets.

About You

  • We welcome applications from lawyers with up to 2 years' post-admission experience.
  • Prior experience in financial services or corporate law is valued but not essential.
  • You should be genuinely interested in regulatory, compliance, and corporate work, with demonstrated commercial acumen.

  • Newly admitted or experienced lawyers can apply.
  • No prior experience is necessary but valuable if you have it.
