Director of Institutional Bank Coverage

This is a senior role for a professional seeking a coverage and originations position in Non-Bank Financial Institutions.

We are seeking an experienced banker who can provide innovative financial solutions to clients and deliver positive outcomes through collaborative efforts.

  • Cultivate and maintain strong client relationships with Treasury and Senior Executives to provide tailored solutions.

  • Develop expertise in the sector, identifying and originating viable transactions and structuring opportunities.

  • Lead internal business partners to review and approve credit submissions and documentation on deals.

  • Manage risks associated with deal origination and ongoing management.

  • Contribute to the development of new product ideas and innovation strategies.

  • Provide leadership and mentorship to junior bankers.

To be successful, you will require:

  • Proven experience in building and maintaining strong client relationships.

  • Knowledge of corporate finance, debt capital markets, risk management, cash management, and securitization products.

  • Strong analytical and presentation skills to build complex credit proposals and client presentations.

  • Background in institutional banking with an understanding of key industry drivers.

  • A strong academic background in Accounting, Engineering, Finance, or Law.
