Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage a structured and manageable workload with protected admin time
  • Conduct up to 30 patient contacts per day (15 morning, 15 afternoon)
  • No home visits are required
  • PARTICIPATE IN WEEKLY CLINICAL MEETINGS
