We are seeking a compassionate and collaborative specialist to join our Paediatric Palliative Care Service.
This is a unique opportunity to provide holistic, family-centred care to children across the region.
Key Responsibilities- Provide specialist paediatric palliative care across inpatient, outpatient and community settings.
- Participate in after hours support and statewide on-call advisory services.
- Collaborate with internal and external healthcare teams to ensure coordinated care.
- Contribute to education and training for medical students, junior doctors, nursing and allied health staff.
- Engage in research, quality improvement and service development initiatives.
- Fellowship of the Royal Australasian College of Physicians and Australasian Chapter of Palliative Medicine (or equivalent).
- Current specialist registration with AHPRA.
- Demonstrated experience in interdisciplinary teamwork and compassionate care delivery.
- Strong communication, leadership and teaching skills.
