Delicatessen Manager

We are seeking a Delicatessen Manager to join our team at Coles. As a Delicatessen Manager, you will be responsible for the day-to-day running of the deli department, ensuring that it is exceptionally presented, welcoming and engaging for our customers, team members and community.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Leading and developing a high-performing team to meet sales targets, cost control and rostering requirements
  • Maintaining excellent department standards, including monitoring stock, rotation routines, waste and quality control
  • Driving a one team culture that celebrates success and puts team members' health, safety and wellbeing first
  • Delighting our customers with an outstanding shopping experience

About you:

  • Previous experience working in a fast-paced customer-facing environment
  • Direct/indirect leadership experience
