Excelsior Deli Cafe is located in Shenton Park community with long-term succsessfully running, and we are bringing great food and beverages to a deserving environment.

As a Suppervisor, your duties include,

1.Helping owner with managing and organising the day to day operations of the restaurant

2.Monitoring the quality of restaurant services and dishes served at all times, through assessment of customer feedback, in maintaining a high standard of operations

3.Assisting with stock control for restaurant including ordering & storage in accordance with the Food Safety

4.Ensuring sanitary practices for food handling, cleanliness ad maintenance of food service and dining areas and complying with health and safety regulations.

5.Assist in the planning and execution of the store including but not limited to rosters and plan and update social media contents

6.Greeting customers, and assisting in taking orders from time to time, to offer a high level of customer service, backup barista jobs

7. Assist recruitment process such as selecting staff, carrying out ad organizing training as required and supervising staff to ensure compliance with company standards

About You,

1 At least having 2 years working experience in Cafe, strong Barista skills ( essential )

2.Passionate about exceptional customer service and relationship building

3.Strong work ethic with a positive, proactive can do attitude

4.Exceptional customer service and interpersonal skills.

5. Excellent organizational and time management abilities.

7. Total working hrs are 30-38, can work at least one of weekend

**Job Types**: Casual, Full-time

**Salary**: From $55,000.00 per year
