Manufacturing and Production Specialist

Job Opportunity:
We are seeking experienced Mechanical Operators to join our team in Tomago, Port Stephens, Australia.
About the Role:
This is an excellent opportunity for skilled Machine Operators to develop their skills in operating welding machines and become qualified 2nd class welders.
The successful candidate will be responsible for:
- Operating material bending machines
- Working on lathes, grinders, and other machinery as required
- Performing quality checks on products
- Troubleshooting machine issues
- Working to plans and instructions
- Meeting output timelines
- Stacking products on trolleys and moving to the next section
- Working independently but as part of a team
Training and Development:
You will receive comprehensive training to develop your skills in using welding machines and become a certified 2nd class welder.
Compensation and Benefits:
The hourly rate for this position is AU$32.00 - AU$36.00, with two positions available working Monday to Friday.
Either a 6am-2pm or 9am-5pm schedule applies.
Please note that pre-employment drug and alcohol testing is mandatory.
