Floral Art Specialist

We are seeking a skilled and enthusiastic floral art specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess a passion for creating beautiful floral arrangements and delivering exceptional customer service.
In this role, you will have the opportunity to work creatively, design and craft stunning floral displays that exceed our customers' expectations.
To succeed in this position, you must be highly motivated, have excellent communication skills, and be able to work effectively as part of a team.
Key Responsibilities:- Design and create unique floral arrangements using various flowers, foliage, and decorative elements
- Maintain high standards of customer service, ensuring all interactions are professional and courteous
- Work collaboratively with colleagues to achieve team goals and objectives
- Certificate or diploma in floristry (preferred)
- At least 1 year of experience in a related field (preferred)
- A dynamic and supportive work environment that fosters creativity and growth
- Ongoing training and development opportunities to enhance your skills and knowledge
