Job Description

We are seeking a Seasonal Sales Associate to join our team at Harris Scarfe, Marion. As a member of our team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service and store presentation standards during the holiday season.

The ideal candidate will have full availability and no holidays booked throughout this period. We offer group interviews in the coming weeks, so please ensure you are regularly checking your emails for communication if you have been selected to attend the event.

  • Provide customer service to a diverse range of customers
  • Support catalogue and promotional merchandising initiatives
  • Work in a team to achieve store and business objectives
  • Operate in a range of departments, including stock placement, ticketing, visual displays, and more
  • Maintain a neat, full, and safe environment
  • Build positive relationships with fellow team members and customers
  • Process and Pick Pack online orders, including consistent lifting of light loads
Estimated Salary

Around $20-$25 per hour, depending on location and experience.

Required Skills and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A passion for service and retail
  • Retail experience, preferably within a big-box retail space
  • The ability to multitask and work efficiently
  • Effective communication skills
  • Strong teamwork ability
  • A focus on safety and maintaining a high level of professionalism
  • Flexibility to work a variety of shifts, including evenings and weekends
  • Experience working in a fast-paced environment
