Job Description

The Asset Management Cadet plays a key role in supporting the Built Environment teams by providing administrative assistance.

This position involves preparing documents, coordinating record keeping, and monitoring work progress to ensure the team achieves its objectives.

Additionally, the successful candidate will provide administration and analytics support for the Courts Asset Information Management System.

Training will be provided for TRIM, project database, and Courts Asset Information System.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Document Preparation: Prepare agendas, minutes, memorandums, reports, presentations, graphs, and charts as required.
  • Record Keeping: Coordinate the Asset Lifecycle Systems record keeping, including file creation in TRIM.
  • Progress Monitoring: Monitor and track work progress to ensure timely completion of tasks.
  • System Support: Provide administration and analytics support for the Courts Asset Information Management System (CAIMS).
  • Event Coordination: Assist with organizing events and meetings as needed.
Requirements and Qualifications

The ideal candidate is enthusiastic, motivated, detail-focused, and a team player with some government experience.

They should possess excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, and be proficient in using various software applications.
