About The Role
  • Financial structure & reporting: Designing policies, practices, and reporting rhythms that set the standard.
  • Day-to-day financial operations: Overseeing cashflow, AP, and AR, with two juniors reporting into you.
  • Commercial oversight: Partnering with the sales and services teams to review deals, contracts, and margins with a sharp eye on profitability.
  • Budget ownership: Managing and influencing multi-million-dollar budgets, ensuring the business has the clarity to grow with confidence.
  • Strategic support: Working closely with the Owner/Director, you'll be the financial sounding board on forecasting, planning, and major decisions.
About You

You're a finance professional who knows how to balance the detail of the numbers with the bigger picture of commercial strategy. We'd love to see you bring:

  • Experience managing multi-million-dollar budgets with proven commercial outcomes.
  • A background in a scale-up environment – you know how to build structure in the middle of rapid growth.
  • Strong commercial and analytical skills – you don't just report numbers, you explain what they mean and what to do next.
  • Leadership experience – you've guided and mentored small teams and enjoy bringing people up with you.
  • CPA (or equivalent) qualification.
