Responsibilities
We are seeking a dynamic, highly skilled, and experienced Paid Social Specialist to join our fast-growing team.
Your role will involve executing and optimising paid social media campaigns to deliver strong business results and achieve marketing objectives. You will have the opportunity to work with some of Australia's most iconic brands across various industries, including retail, automotive, and financial services.
Your responsibilities will include:
• Developing and implementing paid social media strategies to align with clients' brand positioning and target audiences;
• Setting up, launching, and managing paid social media campaigns across various platforms, such as Facebook, Instagram, Pinterest, Twitter, LinkedIn, and YouTube;
• Continuously monitoring and optimising campaign performance to maximise ROI, reach, engagement, and conversions;
• Utilising your analytical skills to track, measure, and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) and campaign metrics;
• Conducting thorough research to identify and understand target audiences for each brand;
• Collaborating with creative and content teams to develop compelling ad creatives and copy;
Experience and Qualifications
We are looking for candidates with:
• 3+ years of experience in paid social media advertising/performance media;
• Experience with tools such as Google Analytics, Facebook Ads Manager, and social media analytics platforms;
• A deep understanding of social media platforms and how they work, including Facebook, Instagram, Pinterest, Twitter, LinkedIn, and YouTube;
• Familiarity with ad management tools and platforms such as Facebook Ads Manager, Ads API, and third-party ad management platforms;
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills;
What We Offer
Salary range: $73,150 - $74,000 a year excluding superannuation
