Your RoleWe're seeking a highly skilled Paid Media Strategist to lead our media strategy planning and investment. Your goal will be to maximize ROI and achieve business objectives. You'll collaborate with Marketing and Campaign Managers on media requirements for key campaigns, providing guidance and feedback to the team.
- Annual Paid Media Strategy Planning: Lead the development of an annual paid media strategy, ensuring seamless integration between paid, owned, and earned strategies to create a cohesive brand experience.
- Campaign Collaboration: Work closely with Marketing and Campaign Managers to plan and execute media requirements for key campaigns.
- Media Agency Management: Effectively manage relationships with media agencies to deliver the wider strategy and day-to-day actions.
Paid Media Roadmap: Develop and maintain a roadmap for paid media initiatives, prioritizing key projects and collaborating with stakeholders across the business to deliver projects on time and within budget.
RequirementsTo succeed in this role, you'll need:
- A minimum of 6 years' experience in marketing with a strong focus on martech and paid media.
- At least 2 years of leadership experience.
- A degree in marketing or relevant industry experience.
- In-depth knowledge of paid media, martech/adtech, and related technical specifications.
- An analytical mindset, strong conceptual and media skills.
- Exceptional decision-making and attention to detail.
- Natural leadership abilities, with a talent for developing and inspiring teams.
