The successful candidate will be an experienced Restaurant Manager who has a proven track record of delivering outstanding results in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. They will possess excellent leadership skills, a strong customer focus and a passion for developing and empowering their teams.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead by example, demonstrating a strong commitment to our organisational values and behaviours
- Drive sales growth and profitability through effective management of restaurant operations
- Build and maintain a high-performing team, providing coaching, training and development opportunities
- Ensure exceptional customer experiences, responding promptly to feedback and concerns
- Collaborate with colleagues across the organisation to achieve business objectives and improve processes

Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Restaurant Manager in a similar industry
- Excellent leadership and communication skills
- Strong customer service focus and ability to resolve conflicts
- Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team
- Basic computer skills and familiarity with point-of-sale systems
