Job Title: Procurement Strategy and Operations Expert

This role is responsible for developing and implementing procurement and supply chain governance frameworks, policies, and procedures that ensure responsible, sustainable, and compliant practices.

The successful candidate will drive efficiency, compliance, and continuous improvement by:

  • Developing and implementing procurement and supply chain governance frameworks, policies, and procedures.
  • Coordinating governance forums and compliance programs.
  • Establishing compliance reporting, risk management, and audit responses.
  • Managing document control and cyclical policy/procedure reviews.
  • Driving process systemisation, ERP optimisation, and automation initiatives.
  • Providing training, education, and support to stakeholders on procurement best practice.
  • Collaborating across the business to deliver governance-related projects and continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Ensuring adherence to key requirements, including ESG, SOCI, Modern Slavery, and RAP commitments.

This role requires a strong understanding of procurement best practices, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of developing and implementing effective procurement strategies and leading cross-functional teams.
