Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled professional to join our team as a Procurement Specialist.

  • This role will involve developing and executing procurement strategies that meet business needs while minimising commercial risk and ensuring full compliance with procurement policies, standards, and regulatory requirements.

The successful candidate will have strong analytical skills to assess complex data, market trends, and risk, as well as excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

About the Role:

  • To be responsible for the procurement of goods and services for the company strategically aligning with supply market capabilities to deliver optimal cost, quality, and commercial outcomes.
  • To provide expert advice and deliver rigorous procurement processes, ensuring compliance with company directives and procedures, including strategic sourcing and market intelligence.
  • To lead the delivery of sourcing activities in line with category plans and business requirements, maintaining accurate information in management systems.
  • To build strong relationships with key business stakeholders and suppliers to inform contracting strategies and understand market insights.
Key Skills and Qualifications

We are looking for candidates who possess:

  • Demonstrated experience in strategic sourcing and procurement, ideally within corporate, technology, or operational/asset services categories in complex or regulated industries.
  • A strong understanding of market dynamics, cost drivers, and supplier economics to drive value-focused sourcing strategies and sound commercial decisions.
  • Expertise in designing and executing strategic sourcing, coupled with strong analytical skills to assess complex data, market trends, and risk.
  • Exceptional ability to engage stakeholders, build trusted relationships with internal teams and external suppliers, and manage supplier performance effectively.
