Job Title: Digital Media Client Manager

About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled Digital Media Client Manager to join our team at Pharmiweb. As a Digital Media Client Manager, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer experiences within our growing Media vertical.

Key Responsibilities:

* Lead cross-functional teams in delivering marketing, sales, analytical, and consulting solutions to our media clients
* Apply quantitative research analysis, our proprietary data and methodologies as applicable to Media Measurement, Patient data, and advanced problem-solving skills to address client needs and achieve project goals from start to finish
* Derive actionable insights from the analysis of intricate data sets, creating persuasive and strategic narratives for our media clients, all the way up to senior management and executive leadership
* Conduct effective client meetings and implement post-delivery follow-up procedures to ensure client satisfaction and build long-term relationships
* Manage multiple projects simultaneously; the Media Measurement Client Manager must organize multiple tasks and schedules in carrying out substantial business analyses and delivering high quality work

Requirements:

* Bachelor's Degree in Life Sciences, Engineering (Biomedical or other focus), Business Analytics, Business Management, Economics, or related field; MBA or other healthcare-related graduate degree preferred
* 3+ years relevant experience from the Life Science industry
* Pharmaceutical market research experience particularly in Consumer and/or HCP measurement of paid media is desirable
* Demonstrated ability to navigate and succeed in a dynamic media environment, coupled with a passion for staying ahead of industry trends
* Highly analytical and strategic problem solver
* Ability to assume ownership of significant portions of tasks while at the same time being a part of and/or leading a close-knit team (*Strong project management, time management and organizational skills)
* Excellent Microsoft Office skills, such as Excel and PowerPoint; SQL is a plus
