Job Opportunity

We are embarking on a transformative journey to deliver greater impact to our stakeholders and community. Our mission is to conquer blood cancer, and we need your assistance.

Main Responsibilities
  • Inspire schools to participate in our fundraising campaign.
  • Reconnect with past fundraisers to maximise funds raised for Australians living with blood cancer.
  • Support schools already involved to have an optimal experience while increasing funds raised.
Key Requirements
  • Ability to confidently engage with groups.
  • Friendly manner and capacity to quickly establish connections.
  • Excellent communication skills – in person, over the phone, and in writing.
  • Strong organisational and time management abilities.
  • Driver's licence and access to a reliable vehicle (with reimbursement for kilometres).
  • Working With Children Check or willingness to obtain one before commencing.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience in customer service, sales, promotions, or community engagement.
  • Understanding of schools and youth culture.
  • Proficiency in using CRM systems (such as Salesforce) or Microsoft Office.

This is a seasonal role running from October to May, working primarily in metro areas with regular travel within your designated territory. Working hours will vary throughout the season, with peak periods during Term 4 and Term 1 (up to 15 hours per week).
