About the Role
We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Financial Services Consultant to join our team at Bendigo & Adelaide Bank. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support to our clients.
Key Responsibilities:
- Customer Service: Respond to customer inquiries and provide timely and effective solutions to their queries.
- Product Knowledge: Educate customers on our banking products and services, and assist them in making informed decisions.
- Risk Management: Assist customers in managing risk on their margin loan facilities and provide guidance on financial planning.
- Transaction Processing: Process day-to-day transactions, corporate actions, and margining events in a timely and accurate manner.
- Onboarding: Onboard new accounts and activate accounts for customers.
About You:
To be successful in this role, you will have:
- Tertiary Qualification: A tertiary qualification in a finance or business discipline is ideal, but not mandatory.
- RG 146 Compliance: You will be RG 146 compliant or willing to complete the necessary training.
- Financial Services Experience: You will have experience in financial services, with knowledge or interest in margin lending, financial markets, financial planning, or broking.
- Customer Service Experience: You will have demonstrated customer service experience, ideally within financial services.
- Technical Skills: You will have strong Microsoft Office skills, including Excel, and excellent organizational and time management skills.
