As a Group Sales Executive, you will be an integral part of a dedicated and enthusiastic team focused on fostering strong relationships with clients and ensuring top-notch service during the booking process for group accommodations. You will oversee all aspects of group business from initial inquiries to guest arrivals.

Key Responsibilities

  • Cultivating strong business relationships with key clients and travel agents through exceptional customer service.
  • Addressing new business inquiries promptly and professionally through various communication channels.
  • Preparing and sending client quotations and contracts as needed, along with regular follow-ups.
  • Building a solid and trusted relationship with internal teams such as Sales, Revenue, and Reservations.
  • Enhancing and maintaining comprehensive knowledge of the Grupo Mantra portfolio.
  • Accurately managing all group bookings within the company's systems.
  • Completing daily operational tasks efficiently.

About You

To qualify for this position, you should possess the following:

  • A minimum of 2 years' experience in a customer service role, preferably within the hospitality or travel industry.
  • Outstanding customer service abilities and a professional phone demeanor, with a knack for establishing rapport with clients.
  • Keen attention to detail.
  • A friendly and professional attitude.
  • Proficient and accurate data entry skills.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • A passion for problem-solving and the ability to perform well under pressure.
  • Intermediate skills in Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook.
  • Familiarity with Sihot and Ivvy is advantageous but not mandatory.
