About the Role

  • Assist young people to develop living and life skills through engagement in various activities.
  • Provide guidance and mentorship to promote positive behaviour and social responsibility.
  • Support children and young people in their daily needs, including household duties as required.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to ensure high-quality services that meet the needs of young people.
  • Safeguard the wellbeing of young people and report any concerns immediately.

  • To provide holistic services that achieve positive outcomes for young people and their families.
  • Ensure young people receive safety, stability, predictability and consistency by implementing individual strategies and case plans.

Requirements

  • A Diploma in Youth Work or related field.
  • Demonstrated experience working therapeutically with children and young people.
  • Valid Working with Children Check and current Driver's License.
