Job Overview

We are seeking a seasoned Infrastructure Engineer to spearhead the management of our multi-cloud infrastructure, focusing on Operational Excellence, Security, and Reliability. This hands-on role demands expertise in Infrastructure-as-Code (IaC) tools like Terraform and Serverless Framework.

Main Responsibilities
  • Bolstering infrastructure using IaC tools such as Terraform and Serverless Framework.
  • Owning and delivering non-functional requirements like Observability, Availability, Scalability, and Security.
  • Providing architecture guidance to ensure high availability.
  • Monitoring infrastructure costs and providing updates to stakeholders.
  • Conducting periodic reviews based on AWS's Well-Architected framework.
  • Creating dashboards and observability systems for infrastructure visibility.
  • Participating in governance forums with cloud service providers.
  • Documenting and managing infrastructure risks and communicating them effectively.
  • Applying security best practices from frameworks such as CIS, NIST, and ISO 27000.
  • Proactively reviewing CVEs and running security scans.
  • Maintaining Page, Cache, and Firewall rules across AWS, Cloudflare, and GCP.
Key Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Computing or equivalent.
  • At least 5 years' experience with virtualized environments like AWS or Google Cloud.
  • Minimum of 3 years' system, network, and application server experience supporting Linux/Unix infrastructure.
  • Expertise in scripting languages such as Python.
  • Hands-on experience with IaC tools like Terraform and Serverless Framework.
  • Excellent communication skills and stakeholder relationship management.
  • Proactive attitude with the ability to work independently and collaboratively.
