Job Description:

The Talent Acquisition Specialist plays a pivotal role in identifying, attracting, and acquiring top talent for our organization. This individual is responsible for developing and implementing effective recruitment strategies that align with our culture, values, and goals.

This includes managing the end-to-end recruitment process, from advertising vacancies to negotiating offers and contract generation. The Talent Acquisition Specialist will also provide guidance to hiring managers on best-practice recruitment and ensure compliance with EEO, antidiscrimination, and gender equity policies throughout the recruitment process.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement recruitment strategies that align with organizational goals
  • Manage the entire recruitment process, including vacancy advertising and offer negotiation
  • Provide guidance to hiring managers on best-practice recruitment
  • Ensure compliance with relevant employment laws and policies
Requirements:Essential Skills:
  • Previous experience in recruitment and selection
  • Strong knowledge of recruitment principles, techniques, and best practices
  • Ability to manage multiple recruitment projects simultaneously and prioritize tasks effectively
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Desirable Skills:
  • Knowledge of HRMIS/recruitment software
  • Certificate or diploma in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
