The Opportunity

We're seeking an experienced professional to join our team as a Senior Consultant or Manager – Valuations. You'll be responsible for leading small project teams to undertake valuations of businesses and intangible assets, working on a variety of projects including management planning, mergers and acquisitions (M&A), tax, financial reporting, and disputes.

Your Key Responsibilities:
  • Leverage your extensive experience in valuation to deliver high-quality results, working closely with clients to understand their needs and develop tailored solutions.
  • Take ownership of project delivery, ensuring timely completion and exceeding client expectations.
  • Develop and maintain complex financial models and analyses, providing insights that inform client decision-making.
  • Cultivate strong relationships with clients and colleagues alike, fostering a collaborative environment and driving successful outcomes.
Skills and Qualifications:
  • Demonstrated expertise in valuation within the Financial Services sector, with a proven track record of delivering high-quality results.
  • Relevant degree in finance, economics, accounting, or business, with excellent quantitative and qualitative analysis skills.
  • Possession of CFA credential or active pursuit of one.
  • Familiarity with various valuation techniques and methodologies, including market comparables, discounted cash flow, etc.
  • Experience with financial modeling in MS Excel and related software.
  • Ability to conduct valuations for accounting and/or tax planning purposes.
  • Exceptional analytical, communication, organizational, interpersonal, and teaming skills.
