Our organization is seeking a compassionate Support Worker to join our team.
About the RoleThis challenging and rewarding role will see you providing support to individuals in their homes and communities, helping them achieve their goals and live as independently as possible. You will be working closely with clients who have disabilities, providing in-home support, assisting with daily living activities, and promoting social inclusion through community access.
Your Key Responsibilities:- Provide in-home support to individuals with disabilities, including household tasks and daily living activities.
- Support clients to engage in community activities, promoting social participation and inclusion.
Requirements:
- A strong desire to make a positive impact on people's lives.
- Experience in supporting individuals with disabilities, either one-on-one or in groups.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong problem-solving skills and effective communication techniques.
- Flexibility to work varying shifts, including weekends and evenings.
