Our organization is currently seeking a specialist to take on the role of Capability Specialist.

Job Description

The selected candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing training programs for customer-facing teams, including the Contact Centre and Bereavement Centre. The ideal candidate will have experience in end-to-end creation and delivery of training frameworks and programs, as well as strong communication and interpersonal skills.

In this role, you will work closely with cross-functional teams to design and deliver impactful learning initiatives that meet the current and future needs of our teams. You will also collaborate with subject matter experts to develop training solutions that incorporate both technical and behavioral skills.

Some key responsibilities of this role include:

  • Designing and delivering training modules for Contact Centre and Bereavement Centre teams, as well as Member Resolutions.
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure consistency and efficiency in training design and delivery.
  • Developing complex learning designs to address development needs, utilizing various learning formats.
  • Working with subject matter experts to ensure the incorporation of relevant skills and behaviors into learning solutions.
Requirements
