Program Management is a critical function that entails coordinating activities related to procurement, financial planning and risk management.

About the Role

As a Program Officer, you will be responsible for overseeing financial arrangements for the program, including budget oversight, payment processing and year-end processes. You will also monitor delivery and quality of contracted services and coordinate feedback from stakeholders.

  • Oversee financial arrangements for the program, including budget oversight, payment processing and year-end processes
  • Monitor delivery and quality of contracted services and coordinate feedback from stakeholders
  • Develop advice and documentation to inform current and future finance and contracted services arrangements
  • Perform other program management tasks including procurement and risk management
  • Support the Contract Manager and work closely with the contracted services provider as the primary point of contact

The ideal candidate will possess excellent organizational, interpersonal and communication skills. They will also have the ability to work with internal and external stakeholders, as well as financial, contract and program management skills.

Experience in procurement, budgeting, and Microsoft Excel is desirable.
