Service Advisor Opportunity

We are seeking a skilled Service Advisor to join our team at Frizelle Sunshine Automotive in South Brisbane QLD. As a Service Advisor, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, building strong relationships with clients, and ensuring seamless vehicle maintenance and repair processes.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Deliver outstanding customer service, addressing customer concerns and complaints in a prompt and professional manner.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely completion of vehicle repairs and maintenance.
  • Communicate effectively with customers, providing updates and estimates for additional work or repairs.
  • Develop and maintain positive relationships with customers, employees, and internal stakeholders.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry developments, best practices, and company policies to provide expert advice and guidance.
Requirements:
  • Proven experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in the automotive industry.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and colleagues.
  • Ability to work autonomously and as part of a team, with a strong focus on customer satisfaction and service excellence.
  • Knowledge of vehicle maintenance and repair processes, with a willingness to learn and develop skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with a strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
