About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Senior Planner to join our Just Jeans Planning team. As a commercial partner, you will work closely with Product Managers to develop and manage the department financial plan, maximising the financial performance of the brand.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop seasonal budgets in collaboration with the product team
  • Implement and manage assortment plans to achieve department financial KPIs
  • Maintain the accuracy and integrity of financial projections
  • Provide feedback on merchandise to product design and sourcing teams
  • Undertake pre- and post-review preparation and analysis
  • Control department stock levels and stock turn
  • Conduct in-season and post-season analysis
  • Actualise line projections and participate in forward forecasts with the Planning Manager

Requirements

  • Previous experience in merchandise planning is advantageous
  • Expertise in sales forecasting, budgeting, option planning, and inventory management
  • Passion for retail with an analytical mind
  • Strong relationship management and influencing skills
  • Excellent commercial and business acumen
  • Proficiency in Excel and Word
