Seeking a seasoned retail leader to oversee store operations and drive sales growth.
- Job Summary:
- Cultivate a high-performing team, ensure exceptional customer service, and maintain a clean, organized store environment.
- Develop and implement strategies to meet or exceed sales targets, manage inventory, and control expenses.
Key Responsibilities:
- Serve as a role model, providing coaching, guidance, and support to team members.

- Maintain accurate records, including sales data, employee performance, and inventory levels.

Requirements:
- Demonstrated success in retail leadership roles, preferably with a proven track record of achieving sales growth and improving profitability.
