• Operational Excellence: Oversee store operations, ensuring efficiency and effectiveness while meeting or exceeding performance metrics.
• Team Development: Recruit, mentor, and nurture a diverse team, promoting an inclusive and dynamic work environment.
• Communication: Maintain strong communication with store team members to ensure alignment and clarity on goals and expectations.
• Customer Focus: Prioritize exceptional customer service, creating positive and memorable interactions.

Preferred Candidate Attributes:

• Brand Alignment: Passionate about Samsung and aligned with our company's core values.
• Exceptional Customer Experience: Proven ability to create positive and memorable customer interactions.
• Availability: Flexible with full-time availability, including late-night trade and weekends.
• Experience: Minimum of 1 year as a Store Manager or similar, with strong sales experience. No prior technology experience required You will be trained on all technical aspects of the role. All you need is your exceptional leadership and people skills.
